FAQ's

DOGGY DELIGHTS treats are made using grain free and preservative free human grade ingredients. These ingredients include such things as chickpea flour, buckwheat flour, coconut flour, carob powder to name a few. The ingredients are all dog safe. Peanut butter (when used) is xylitol free. 

Icing (when used) is dog safe and uses grain free starch & honey,  instead of icing sugar.

Colours are achieved using natural colours such as tumeric, beetroot etc, so they are not quite the same as using bottled colour. 

DOGGY DELIGHTS are preservative free. Fresh products like Pupcakes & Pawty Cakes are made to order. They need to be stored in the fridge, and consumed within 3 - 5 Days. Non iced cakes can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Biscuits are fully dried and can be stored in a cool, dry space like your pantry for up to three months. (Not that they last that long if your doggo has a say in it!) Once opened I would suggest using within a week.

Custom Cakes will be quoted separately, and pricing depends on a range of  factors such as size, complexity, colours etc... Contact me via any of the channels and I will work out a quote for you. Once accepted, your custom cake must be paid for before it is locked in.

Colours are created using natural colourants, and as such do not have the range of colours that store bought human colours do... I will do my very best to get the colour you want, but understand there are limitations when using fully dog safe colours.

Some items are able to be posted - Biscuits; non-iced Pupcakes & Pawty Cakes can be posted. Due to the preservative free nature of the products, they will be posted Express Post only.

Iced  Doggy  Donuts  & Pawty Cakes are available for pick up only.

Yes you can. Doggy Delights is located in Croydon, 3136. Pick up can be arranged at a mutually suitable time. A range of items are available for purchase on the spot as well, so you are welcome to come and take a look, just send me a message. Full address will be provided in our correspondence.

You can pay for your order through the website. Should you find something extra you'd like to purchase at pick up time, you can purchase on the spot with either cash or card.

Yep, that happens. Check your Junk or Trash folder, as sometimes our mail services decide what they want you to see. If its still not there, send me a message and I'll send it to you again.
